What wants to happen in your life?

In this spacious, one day workshop you are invited to slow down and turn your attention inward. Through a combination of breathwork, reflection, movement and music you get the chance to explore your relationship with yourself as it is right now. By connecting with your felt-sense – the body sensations and awareness - and by bringing awareness to your breath, you open the door to your own personal insights, wisdom and healing that are simply waiting for your attention.

The day is focused on clearing what stands in the way of achieving your personal intentions and opening up to what you are capable of being . We will explore how we can, using the powers of self-inquiry and our breath, bring about a reshaping of our life – sometimes unexpectedly and very quickly.
