This 2 hour session offers a wonderful opportunity to explore your own inner world through your breath.  It is the perfect introduction to your breath if you have not experienced this before, or, if you are already a seasoned practitioner, it is the chance to take some time out to re-connect with yourself and release anything that might be holding you back in your life

Through this session you can explore how conscious breathwork can help you, in your own particular situation, whatever it may be. From dealing with stress, processing grief, clearing old emotions or limiting beliefs, getting clarity about an issue in your life or simply the desire to feel more alive, we practice using our breath to bring us back to our true nature and our best self.
